Stability is weapon sway/shake as the gun fires.
Accuracy is how much/rapidly the target area expands while firing.
Reload speed is how quickly you can refill your weapon with ammunition.
Swap speed is how quickly the weapon can be switched to and raised. Weapon Handling gives a little bit of love to all of the above.
