The option to take cover just isn't there, and nothing happens when you attempt to anyway

EDIT: If it is location specific, this is the sewer bounty area north of the Truman safehouse in Foggy Bottom

Hey! The dev team linked the thread to me and they are aware of this. A fix for it is not yet ready and will probably not make it into TU4 but we definitely want to fix it!
