The Division 2 Dev Tracker

Couple of days ago I had no problem whatsoever playing the Division 2 on fullscreen or borderless. Now I start it and it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/VmCt2bE
Audio works fine. Switching to windowed mode works fine as well: https://imgur.com/a/O5Wn4g6
The problem only persists on my widescreen monitor (LG 34WK650) both when set to 16:9 or 21:9.
All drivers are up to date (even reinstalled them just to be sure). The monitor is hooked up with displayport.
Any help is appreciated!
Just to be clear, does it work in 21:9 borderless windowed, or just when running it in 16:9?

No, it doesn't work in borderless windowed at either resolution.
I already tried turning everything (but my virusscanner) off before starting the game. Different 16:9 monitor on the same desktop does not have this problem, while other games don't have this problem on either monitor.
