Example: Saturn bounty
This door is supposed to open up after killing the first enemy group. About 30% of the time, it doesn't. And there are many, many more bounty locations that are bugged and have been since release.
This happened to me as well over the weekend, Max-Sterling is right about the gap in the door but it's far from ideal. Thanks for the report on this.
