A few months back there was a bug that completely altered people’s characters if they visited the barber shop and there is still no way to undo it. Massive PLEASE let us have a one time customization of our characters again. I don’t want to have to remake a whole new character just to play as someone that looks the way I want them to. My character got turned into a whole different ethnicity and his face is totally different than what I started with and I can’t change it now that the bug ruined it. Please just let us change our characters one time to fix the damage that was done.

Hey. Thanks for the feedback. As lexaran pointed out in the top comment, we are unable to fix this issue as the data from these characters was lost. We want to introduce a better version of the barber which would allow you to fully re-customize your agent. I don't have an update on the status unfortunately.
We had mentioned this the first time the bug appeared and we fixed the underlying issue causing it but it's definitely worth repeating, thanks!
