The same procedure as in TD1. If the player feels reasonably comfortable against the NPC they have to nerf all things down.
Jumping in here to comment on the lack of a vector adjustment. Fredrik shared that the things currently making the vector strong (mods, crit damage, etc) are being adjusted. Again, this isn't a dedicated balancing patch but rather a first look at how things are going, and we're going to continue to monitor balance moving forward into WT5.
