Am I the only one who was problems with surround sound? I can’t hear footsteps, hear people speak and don’t hear gunshots properly. Someone knows a solution?

Try turning off any 3rd party control software you have, these seem to be causing issues for some.
For example sometimes there's software emulating 7.1 sound running in the background.

Hey sorry for getting back to you slowly. 3rd party control software would be for example Razer software that you have installed and running at the same time, interfering with the game sound.
