I have just purchased the division 2 and got it to play with my friend. But it seems that he hasn’t leveled since. I am now level 20 and when he plays with me he just stays at level 8. Can anyone help?
Hey IAte, for additional context, do you and your friend only play together or are they also not gaining XP while playing on their own? Also which version of the game do you each own - since level 8 is the typical Free Trial cap?
We play together, and he seems not to gain control. But I had no clue there was a free version
If he is playing alone, does he gain any XP from activities? Not necessarily progress on the XP bar, but just as a reward from completing an objective.

What platform are they on and what is their username?
His user name is Kxng-FN and we play on ps4
