I’ve been stuck in the theater for the past 30 minutes and I am trying to get out and I’ve tried everything and it is not working. I am on Xbox One so does anyone know how to fix this?
For Xbox players: Is there an update under My games & apps > Games > Ready to Install? Some players have also reported that several restarts/hard restarting their Xbox helped, which makes me think that an update needed to go through still.
For Uplay players, I'd recommend verifying files. I've seen a report or two of this working.
I'm unsure what the equivalent would be for PS4 players, but I would check your Downloads to see if anything is waiting to start up.
My guess is that the update still needs to go through since some players are able to resolve the issue with restarts (which may have the effect of starting the download), but I'll let the team know there's been player reports of this.
