I've had this error before I could join for a while now. I had it when I wanted to play the Division 2 Free Weekend and I just wanted to play some Division again but I am getting the exact same error message.
If there is a fix for it I haven't been able to find it but it is very much hindering my ability to play this game.
I've moved this over to The Division 2 forums instead of The Division.
Give the game a quick reinstall and make sure Uplay is up to date. If you're stilling running into this issue, please reach out to Ubisoft Support for additional assistance.
