I’ve run a bunch of heroics and even more CP4s, not one has dropped an exotic. I’ve gotten 2 exotics (including BTSU from my second run in story mode) and another merciless from hard mode on grand Washington hotel. NOTHING from heroics.

It really doesn’t seem like that change made it in.

If people have gotten exotics from heroics, I’m going to assume it was just the same RNG percentage that you get from any other run.
