So, after 42 runs on Hard with full 4 person teams, my Merciless finally dropped for me! I ran Jefferson Trade Center on Hard FORTY-TWO (42) times. So if you're still waiting for your Merciless to drop, keep at it...it may take a few runs lol. Here she is:
