About half of my clan mates arent currently earning any and others are. Is xp currently bugged?

If you could provide some more info so we can troubleshoot this issue, that would be much appreciated.
- Clan name
- Platform
- Ubisoft account name
- Approximate date/time when your CXP stopped working.
