So I hoped in to try The Division 2 on this free trial period from the 17th to the 21rst, but right on the tutorial mission I get a bug where the guy I'm supposed to revive simply doesn't spawn.

From here I ask; Is this a known bug? Is there a way around it? And, if not, how can I get help with it?
