Closing this thread as the original post is pretty clearly meant to provoke responses from other forum users who don't share this viewpoint. Remember everyone: there's a lot of different content in TD2. It can be played solo or in groups of varying size. People don't always have the same builds when they're playing this content. Difficulty is going to be highly subjective, so please don't flame each other over it.
