As far as I can tell, this might be working-as-intended, since it's not usual for a player to get this close to a shielded enemy to begin with. Just to clarify, if you move back so that the tip of your gun is not clipping through the shield, you don't do the same amount of damage, right?Just to ensure this isn't a one-off glitch, you can also try following our basic console troubleshooting Guide.
