I've been waiting months and yet my character still has a face that isn't my own. Is there a fix in game (returning player) or am I still stuck with it?
We are unable to fix characters that have been changed as the previous look is not saved anywhere. While we fixed the initial bug that caused this to happen, it unfortunately means we cannot revert the changes.
Has there been any talks of a full facial configuration?
We think being able to fully customize your agent again is a neat idea and something we would like to do but it's not a priority right now. We do bring it up with the team regularly as a reminder and to see if they can squeeze something in but it's not likely to happen soon.
