(2020) Wrongful ban? Appeal?

So I just received a notification that I've been banned due to 'Cheating'.

I've done absolutely nothing wrong that could cause a ban, at most I've spent an obscenely large number of hours in saipark (12ish a day) this week cause of the luma bigu.

Does Crema even look at their appeals? Cause I've heard its all the same copy pasta which says you know what you've done.

Is Crema hell bent on reducing their player base? I don't get why they'd ban me for trying to get my OT luma.

I use a controller if that makes a difference

I just personally reviewed your case and your ban appeal and indeed, you've been banned correctly. We've detected multiple and reiterative cheats on your account and I just rechecked everything and saw the same thing.

I'm locking the thread to avoid more missinformation.

Banned cheaters just want to discredit us and put fear in every legit user. They've been organizing themselves to raid our communities (like this very same reddit thread) to do so.

No, we don't ban innocent players.

No, the appeals are not automated.

No, hunting lumas for a large number of hours won't get you banned.
