Context - purchased the Rogue 1 LSB #1 (the $10 one). I did not receive crystals (like many folk seem to) or the characters. The card has dissapeared from my webstore and the app.

I've made a post on the forum with my ally code and a payment confirmation number from paypal. Their forum is janky so it wouldn't allow me to upload any photos.

Are there any other things I'm supposed to do? How long on average does this take to rectify?
