I bought a $9.99 marquee pack a while ago, and I didn’t get the contents, so I restarted the game and tried to buy it again. I play on an iPhone, and I got a confirmation email from Apple of my purchase (which pretty much validated I paid for it and got it), but I never got it. I contacted EA support and they didn’t help me. I gave them everything they asked and they told me it was “invalid” so they couldn’t help me. Thank you EA or CG or some Indian tech support guy for stealing $20 of mine
