I had Wat at 40/80 at the start of this TB (I'm pretty certain as I thought it would be possible for my guild to unlock him with no restrictions on what team you could take in) and after yesterday he's still at 40/80. I know at least a few of my guild did the mission and I definitely did it but I don't think I got any shards for it when phase 4 started.

Is it bugged?
