As Secret_blood_karate correctly said, your game is out of sync with the server and a full restart of the game should fix the issue.

(2020) This happens to me so often. 1) i have not done any challenges today. 2) i have ton of sim tickets. 3) what does this have to do with energy?. Every day i have to try and try again because it keeps happening.
