Before the journey guide, R2 was available at any level and back then I only had enough of an empire team to beat the first 2 stages, now that I finally have them at 5 stars I can't access the event because it's been locked to level 85? WTF CG? Hopefully this is a bug.
Most of the Journey Guide events have a prerequisite of player level 85, which is intended.
