Phone app just crashes, Emulator is stuck on loading, Kyno is locking threads on the forums, and EA support is useless... amazing

We've tested the game on various Android devices and the game is working fine on all of them.
Can you follow the available troubleshooting steps from the help article ( https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-android/ ) as a first step, please? If you are still experiencing issues afterward, please provide us with your ally-code, device model and Android version. Thank you!
UPDATE 2:
It appears the issue is affecting only Android devices with Android 7.1.2 or lower. We continue looking into it.
In the meantime can you make sure your device OS is up-to-date and/or update it to the latest available version.
