My guild finished the territory battle yesterday and the review ended earlier today. However, I never received the rewards neither did another of my guild mates.
PM me your ally code please if you still did not receive your Territory War rewards but did participate (signing up isn't enough, you need to get banners personally to be eligible for the rewards).
