Basically the title. Not asking for myself, but for a server owner I know. If you create a Rust server and set it to show in the Community tab via Oxide's settings, will it get blacklisted if the only plugins in use are exclusively admin-only? Absolutely nothing that changes the gameplay of non-admins in any way, shape, or form. I seem to be finding different answers depending on where I look.
You won't be blacklisted long as you don't change vanilla gameplay.
