why can't that be in the message? you give us weird messages when we can't plant seeds

Most if not all of the placement error messages are generic, we definitely need to do a better job at this.

Few reasons really:

• Prevent players from spamming down lots of Wind generators within close proximity and generating a ton of power.
• Prevent players using Wind generators as a defensive structure, like an extra layer of honeycomb.
• Sense of realism as not to block wind flow.
