Yes, it should be out shortly agter Halloween as they won't be able to complete it by Halloween.
This is not how this works. As we realised we couldn't meet the Halloween deadline we've adjusted things so they fit much better in the overall story. *IF* (and it is only an if, this is a gamejam project not guaranteed content) we release this quest it's likely to fall sometime next year.
You should've "accidentally" made the placeholder 102 Construction and watched the chaos unfold. That's like, your thing, right?
Eh in this case there's a non-zero chance it would error unless I actually made the skill go to 120... which is a bit much for a 1 second "heh" level joke. ;)
