Yeah I had Jagex confirmation it was missed from patch notes, they're adding it now.

No Inquisitor staff fix?
This one regarding the inquisitor staff was missed of the list:
- Fixed an issue where the Inquisitor Staff damage boost was not applying to some attacks.
we'll add it now
