I’ve been opted in since that initial frenzied communication. Why didn’t I receive a Winter Review?
Was hoping /u/JagexDoom could share some information on the rollout since I’m seeing similar reports of no review received.
Hiya they should be in your inboxes by now, with your 2023 review available at the bottom of your Winter in review. I'll check with the team on Tuesday when the team are back in!

Well there's definetely a bug somewhere in the system then, I'm opted in, and haven't received any email for my main in years (I have checked blocked / safe senders lists, everything is fine on my end)
I have a theory, I technically have 2 accounts under the same email, my main was created pre-2010, so uses a username, and the email is simply a registered email, but when email logins became a thing I did make a alt account using the email that was also the marketing email of my main, would that cause confusion in the system?
Appreciate this info, will check it out with the team on Tuesday!
I got the winter review but when i click on the yearly review it doesnt show up
Give it another try now, a fix for this was rolled out!
