@Prof_ElfMonster Both are essentially cosmic magic, not as well defined as regular elemental magic. In the upcoming boss tactic section for her celestial rain I've written: "Cosmic rain particles will fall on random quadrants in the arena, causing increased damage over time."
@Prof_ElfMonster In canon she has the potential to be indomitable. She'd have a higher power level if she were more physically and mentally stable. Celestial dragons have a very minor affinity with spatial and time dimensions, and she's the purest.
@Prof_ElfMonster Yeah you could go with that. 'Space' in this sense being a form of dimensional energy.
@Prof_ElfMonster She's early 4th age, so over 2,000 years old
@Prof_ElfMonster Verak Lith is a bit older and BSD is a bit younger, but around the same centuries/millenia. No worries, have fun :)
@Prof_ElfMonster World Guardian always finds a way. However, more akin to indestructible or stalemate-inducing. She'd be able to mess with time, space, interdimensional travel, teleportation. In the right hands, those are scary tools.
@Prof_ElfMonster Not so much scale. It would be much more intelligently used, her mind is in a state of disrepair. A tactician or devious being with her abilities would be terrifyingly powerful.
@Prof_ElfMonster Unfortunately, if they were as dense as real neutron stars, Gielinor would likely be no longer. Think of them as very, very small versions.
Spent some time finishing up the remaining boss tactics and decided to add this little feature. Coming soon. Have a nice weekend. http://pbs.twimg.com/ext_tw_video_thumb/1459246263300460550/pu/img/J9WMYUDbss4vAUY5.jpg
RT @JagexShrew: Coming soon: The particles in the Croesus encounter will no longer be green, white, and red. These will instead be blue, ye…
@basetankrs That would be sick, but I can't quite go that far
