@JoaquinRoybal Hi, the structure of our accounts system means that a small number of affected players are also unable to log-in to Old School until the restoration work is completed.

@jhillips Hi, if you receive that error, please make sure you submit a ticket here: https://jgx.game/UnableToLogin. Your account is most likely already in the list of accounts impacted, submitting the ticket will ensure you can keep track of the situation when Player Support contact players.
⚠️ We'll shortly restart our game servers to update the login message error for accounts proactively disabled for restoration work.
We expect this process to last 10 min. Please refrain from any dangerous activity as we proceed to this reboot.
