Nice, it's not only on Crwys though, they can also get stuck outside the main path railings on Cadarn (stuck meaning an aggro pot won't get them back on the walkways where they're catchable)

Presumably the patch note covers all blocked tiles in Prif themselves I imagine it wanted to elaborate on specific issues reported in the bug reports :D
