Why was the four part quest degraded to a four part mini quest now?

It has always been a miniquest. It has not degraded. If I had seen the news before it went out I'd have given the feedback to refer to it as a minquest (and I did tweet out a correction the day that news was released).

'Quest' and 'miniquest' are arbitrary distinctions anyway. It's something I will aim to cover in the lore livestream tomorrow, which should shed some light on things.

Why did they wait this long to tell us the anniversary quest series is actually a mini-quest series?. I am really disappointed since i was super excited about it.

Tune into the lore stream tomorrow if you can, I'll be talking about it in a bit more detail. The wording in that news post is a little odd to me, but it explains very little.

Played both Vinesweeper and Brimhaven Agility Arena. Neither gave double. (I started Brimhaven Agility Arena, and got the '30 tags in a row' achievement finally. I left, and had definitely not earned anything close to 60 tickets.)
