Outside of outlier cases such as storing and using the SWH spec, the upcoming hydrix jewellery seems prohibitively expensive to use. Admittedly the new amulet seems grossly BiS, however I think balancing this around the high upkeep cost is just plain unfun for the player. Seeing as the storing of specials passive seems extremely unique and revitalises a bunch of weapons and a few fun strategies, I implore Jagex to perhaps half the current repair cost (20% per dust > 50%) in order to make it so that not only 1000%+ telos streakers, AoD and Solak groups get to use this cool new item. Don't let this fester for several years like mage/ranged t92 armour did, fix it on the onset please.
