Are we seriously shit out of luck if we were impacted by the essence breakdown bug? I'm 3/6 seismic and cywir essence and 1/2 crystal ess that I should have received.
This needs resolved.

Hotfix is out and we now have a list of all affected accounts that we've passed on to the relevant team
Appreciate it, was worried how I was going to prove without taking pictures of the items I already broke down.

Uh, Cywir is supposed to give 2 essence, right? I broke down 1... and it gave me two. But when I broke down the second it only gave me 1. Send help D:

The bug was hotfixed not long after update so this shouldn't occur but it's always possible something was missed. Although, some items will intentionally give 1 essence if it has a low degrade % when broken down.
