You may need to Restore Licenses if your DLC is not appearing in-game.
To do this, go to your Playstation SEttings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.
Aft this, boot up Rocket League and check to see if your Dominus has returned to your Garage.
Let me know if this doesn't help.
i haven’t restored services for this problem but I have very recently for another purpose, so i’m assuming doing it right now would be no different.

Do you know approximately when the Dominus no longer showed in your Garage?
I took a hiatus from playing the game, but i noticed it around 9-12 months ago!
Because it's been a while since this happened, have you created any support tickets with Sony or with our Customer Care team?
