I don't understand it at all. Bought this game on Steam and the Royalty xpac back in January, and figured I'd give it another go, but now it just freezes on startup, or freezes when I manage to load my game, and have to force it to quit, but it never goes past that. It always freezes and closes. I did not pay for an unplayable piece of crap. The only mods I'm running is called Core and Royalty. It ran perfectly fine for that first week and now not at all. Am I mistaken for trying to play such an old game? Just about everything ever befre the year 2000 never works properly.
