(2019) Charge Cooldowns Don't make any sense

I've noticed this for a while, but charge movement ability doesn't seem to be affected by any runes on any class. Here are some of my Findings

With Talent "Warrior's Speed" No cooldown rune

  • Common: 21 Seconds
  • Rare: 18 Seconds
  • Epic: 15 Seconds
  • Legendary: 12 Seconds

With Talent "Warrior's Speed" With cooldown rune

  • Common: 21 Seconds
  • Rare: 18 Seconds
  • Epic: 15 Seconds
  • Legendary: 12 Seconds

With talent "Onslaught" No cooldown rune:

  • Common: 32 Seconds
  • Rare: 28 Seconds
  • Epic: 24 Seconds
  • Legendary: 20 Seconds

With talent "Onslaught" With cooldown rune:

  • Common: 32 Seconds
  • Rare: 28 Seconds
  • Epic: 24 Seconds
  • Legendary: 20 Seconds

Used with any other class, the cooldown rune also doesn't seem to affect the cooldown times, and have the same cooldowns as that of a warrior Not using the Warrior speed talent.

Yeah, the cooldown rune doesn't work on Charge. Hasn't since almost forever. We can keep bringing it up (it's been brought up many times before), but it's up to Heroic Leap to actually acknowledge and tackle the issue.

known issue and on the list, just a heads up.
