I've noticed this for a while, but charge movement ability doesn't seem to be affected by any runes on any class. Here are some of my Findings
With Talent "Warrior's Speed" No cooldown rune
- Common: 21 Seconds
- Rare: 18 Seconds
- Epic: 15 Seconds
- Legendary: 12 Seconds
With Talent "Warrior's Speed" With cooldown rune
- Common: 21 Seconds
- Rare: 18 Seconds
- Epic: 15 Seconds
- Legendary: 12 Seconds
With talent "Onslaught" No cooldown rune:
- Common: 32 Seconds
- Rare: 28 Seconds
- Epic: 24 Seconds
- Legendary: 20 Seconds
With talent "Onslaught" With cooldown rune:
- Common: 32 Seconds
- Rare: 28 Seconds
- Epic: 24 Seconds
- Legendary: 20 Seconds
Used with any other class, the cooldown rune also doesn't seem to affect the cooldown times, and have the same cooldowns as that of a warrior Not using the Warrior speed talent.
