It always appears as deleted if it's been moved. Most topics look like that where you get the message: "This topic has either been deleted or moved"

This has been a usual misunderstanding with people thinking Ubi censoring topics where in reality they just move them to player support if they make sense.

Troll posts on the other hand are either immediately locked or deleted which isn't the case for you as your issue is also experienced by other players too.

^^All bans appeals are handled by the support team[support.ubisoft.com] so it's very likely that your post just got moved! Sorry for the confusion!
