(2020) [MAC] Server Disconnects

Hey, our latest patch should have fixed this disconnection problem. While it appeared to be occurring most commonly in The Solaris Temple, a few other areas had the same problem.
If you continue to experience these disconnections after patching, please feel free to report them here and we will be happy to investigate.

So we're able to look into this further, could you please send a Mac System Report to our [email protected] email?
A System Report can be generated by clicking on the Apple icon in the upper left corner -> ‘About This Mac’ -> ‘System Report’. Once that is open, the top interface bar should allow you to click ‘File’ -> ‘Save’. Please attach that file to the email.

A System Report can be generated by clicking on the Apple icon in the upper left corner -> ‘About This Mac’ -> ‘System Report’. Once that is open, the top interface bar should allow you to click ‘File’ -> ‘Save’. Please attach that file to the email.
