It's weird to me that the patch notes don't contain all of the information about cluster jewel changes. It lists a bunch of nodes and doesn't say what's happening to them.

We should have a full list of Cluster Jewels notables out later today, similar to the post we did for Delirium.

I don't understand the sunder changes. It's completely different now?

Now slams the ground, creating a slow wave of churning terrain that damages enemies in a sequence of areas in front of you. Enemies hit by the wave will release a damaging shockwave in an area around them. Using the skill again will stop the previous wave. Requires a Mace, Sceptre, Axe, Staff or Unarmed.
The wave creates 5 areas, and cannot stop before creating 2 areas.
There is a delay between areas the wave creates. The gem gains reduced delay between areas as it levels, up to 25% reduced delay between areas at gem level 20.
The wave can cause a shockwave from up to 5 enemies.
The wave gains +2 to the radius of each area in the sequence.
Shockwaves now deal 40% less Damage (from 60%).
Now gains more area of effect as the gem levels, up to 19% at gem level 20.

This seems like a pretty fucking massive nerf no?

It has a minimum distance that it will travel even if you use it again right away.

Regarding the item filter, "Harvest Seed" is BaseType and HarvestInfrastructure is Class? Or is that BaseType as well?

Harvest Seed is an item class.

How will portal access work? Will this option apply to currently opened portals or needs instance refresh like other hideout options? Is there UI icon to show if a hideout you visited used this option? Hope it is not abused by rota/challenge scammers.

Like if I was selling a hideout I could offer portal access to the person in the trade rather than just the person trusting you'll let them get access?

It is a single checkbox next to the other hideout options that affects all portals, old or new. If you lock the portals, then leave the hideout, they remain locked.

Like the other hideout options (ie who can visit), you do not need create a new instance. All hideout options take effect immediately.

You cannot create exceptions to the portal lock. However, hideout portals already cannot be used by people who are not in your party, so you can simply kick people from your party if you don't want them to use your portals.
