Item filter functionality

• Added support for optional "operator values" for the HasExplicitMod and HasEnchantment rules which can be used to filter for items that have the specified amount of modifiers. There must be no space between the operator and its value.

Show Example ShowHasExplicitMod >=2 "of Haast" "of Tzteosh" "of Ephij"

• Added ability to scale the volume of CustomAlertSound. Valid range is 0-300, default volume is 100 (if unspecified).

• Added ability to filter cluster jewels by the number of passive skills it grants. Note that this is specifically filtered on the enchant mod "Adds X passive skills". It does not factor in Unique/Rare mods that add extra passives, nor does it count Jewel sockets.

• Added support for optional "operator values" for the HasExplicitMod and HasEnchantment rules which can be used to filter for items that have the specified amount of modifiers. There must be no space between the operator and its value.

• Added ability to scale the volume of CustomAlertSound. Valid range is 0-300, default volume is 100 (if unspecified).

Item filter functionality

• Added support for optional "operator values" for the HasExplicitMod and HasEnchantment rules which can be used to filter for items that have the specified amount of modifiers. There must be no space between the operator and its value.

• Added ability to scale the volume of CustomAlertSound. Valid range is 0-300, default volume is 100 (if unspecified).

• Added ability to filter cluster jewels by the number of passive skills it grants. Note that this is specifically filtered on the enchant mod "Adds X passive skills". It does not factor in Unique/Rare mods that add extra passives, nor does it count Jewel sockets.
