I've been playing poe since 2014, and somehow never realized you can't roll charges-on-crit (surgeons) on diamond flasks.
I feel foolish and ashamed. A lesson in humility that cost me a few hundred alts and more than a little rage at my computer for 'bad luck'.
Sigh, back at it.
It also originally could roll surgeon's, back when surgeon was gain a flask charge on crit, instead if a chance.
As you can imagine, it was very broken.
Also, the original version of Diamond Flasks was always crit during flask effect, rather than making crit chance lucky. Totally balanced.
