Hi, woukd the 15% of damage taken from hits is leeched as life mod + a Legacy Vessel of Vinktar(instant leech) just give you a 15% damage reduction while leeching?
I mean if you leech instant, the 15% damg is leeched back instantly, or does it not work like this combined?
No, because you still take the damage first. If the hit kills you, you'll die before leeching anything.
If you survive taking the damage, you'll regain some life. But you do need to survive the full hit.
