Other attack-based ascendancies won't be receiving any changes, though the Raider will be seeing some big changes in 3.8.0

I was promised raider changes and nothing on the announcement page makes any mention of them. GGG pls
There are some Raider buffs in the patch notes, and we'll highlight them in the balance manifesto also. On the announcement page we just focused on the ascendancies that were getting the largest changes.
