Console - PS5 supporter pack not showing up in game

Careful giving GGG money on console seems like this has been an issue since launch and still not fixed.

We are investigating the issue of the client not redeeming supporter packs.
For now what you can do is:
Go into your PS5 settings
Users and accounts
Account
Payment and Subscriptions
Game and App Services
Path of Exile
Select a supporter pack that you have purchased and check if the "remaining" still says 1.
If it does, please contact customer service with this information and your account. The supporter pack will be redeemed for you on our end.
We will make sure to fix this ASAP.
