Removal of 101% damage from tree, 34% accuracy, and 12% attack speed.
The masteries are all super unimpressive (with the exception of minion damage overwhelms attacks, which is needed to combat the new armor changes, so net neutral)
This is an absolutely massive change.
I can't give you exact numbers just yet, but we're planning to adjust some Minion passives to include more increases to Minion Damage.
