Currently have both Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder with Curse on hit - assassins mark. Was working fine before patch. Now the herald is not being supported by curse on hit

Fix deployed. This should be fixed for any new instances without updating your client. Restarting your client will update your client to display the correct information on skills.
