Hello Exiles! Quick question about physical to cold conversion. If I convert 100% of my physical to cold is scaling done more efficiently by increased cold damage or physical in the tree. I understand Converting physical is more primarily used and beneficial due to elemental penetration being easier to obtain then some sort of armour penetration. Thank you in advance, I would love some feedback.
